The well-known music teacher and musician Frank Custy, who led the Foinn Seisiún at Fleadh Nua for many years, sadly passed away recently. Catering for musicians who enjoy playing at a leisurely pace, Frank’s sessions always attracted huge numbers from home and abroad each year. This year’s session, re-named in Frank’s honour, will be led by his close musician friends, and look out for a very special guest who will drop in to one of the sessions during the week. So please join us for a tune or a song or a few steps of a dance, as we celebrate the life and music of the late, great Frank Custy.
