The Singing Sessions have been an integral part of the programme at Fleadh Nua for many years, with some of the best known and respected singers and storytellers from Ireland and Britain taking part. People like Nora Butler, Paddy Berry, John Power, Mary Brogan, the late Bruce Scott, Rosie Stewart, Jimmy O’Brien and Joe O’Connor to name but a few. 

This year we have three well-known local singers leading the sessions, on Friday 24^th Denise Whelan from Larch Hill will hold court, on Saturday 25^th John Condon from Clooney will be keeping order and on Sunday 26^th Michael O’Brien from Toonagh is in the chair. A great weekend of songs and stories is assured.
